Weekend Project: Make Yourself some Shoes for Spring!

This Weekend's project is inspired by my Handmade Shout Out blog Post on Wed- where I gave a shout out to RGsocks on etsy. I mentioned how some might think knit footwear is not entirely seasonal, but I beg to differ! I tend to be barefoot as much as possible and my better judgement has me looking for a compromise. Thus I've been thinking about knitting, sewing, or crocheting- myself some flats. Something to keep my toes warm that isn't as complicated as putting on both socks AND shoes. I'm lazy what can I say! ABOVE: is a knitting pattern for felt slippers that is next on my knitting list (to be knit in all gray) and below are some fun DIY footwear patterns in pdf format for Women and Baby, all available on etsy for your weekend project endeavors. Have fun and let me know what you make!
